But no reason for crying over spilled milk. Because now I have figured out a better way to create Flash using Linux using a little ActionScript and Adobe Flex.

So while this website continues this farce, I'm going down to the bookstore later today to pick up a book on a subject I though I would never understand.
I am no longer an hypocrite or a Flash virgin! Of course, I'm going to have to dust off my Java books since Flex does require JDK. (To think, I though I would never need to use Java anymore since Flash, PHP, Python, and all these other other technologies were pretty much replacing it.)

Here in St. Louis, the fameous actor George Clooney is working on a movie about a CEO who lays off a bunch of people just so he can earn airline miles when he travels.

I don't recall the last time I advanced a level. It must have been like three or four years ago. Since that time, Newgrounds has evolved dramatically, and with the rise of Internet video sites like YouTube, one would think the boom time for flash is over for flash portals such as Newgrounds.

That would be a mistake.

Sure Internet video is the hot technology right now, but in terms of appearance, Newgrounds is the place to show Flash Animation. Things look better in their pure SWF format rather than MP4 or whatever compression standard the video websites are using. Not to mention, it is fun to click on the easter egges that are hidden rather than the buttons to make the annoying webbanners go away.

I wonder what the next points level will be anyway?

The real EyesOnlyUS, NOT that imposter who make crappy flash about his tramatic life being touched by Michael Jackson because his parents smoked enough crack to think that Neverland Ranch was a safe place for their little condom malfunction.

In case you don't know: YES you can watch Flash on Linux, and 64-bit Linux. Making Flash on Linux is still in beta testing. Over the next few weeks, I will attept to make Flash without the use of Adobe's trail ware or that $300 faust some of you made. (If asked for a $300 peice of software I would either be told "get a job" or "work for it through (insert chore that mom or dad would make you do because they wouldn't want to do it)".)

But computer geeks are smart. And if they can find something for free without selling out or selling their soul they would do it. Much like a skateboarder skates in a no-skateboard zone or a garage band still plays their music really loud despite having neighbors who think rock music is evil, nosy, and disrupts their plans to comit whatever nefarious crime that is 1000x worse than playing a guitar solo cover of a Slayer.

Over the next few weeks, you will see terrible flash. Blamworthy flash. Flash so terrible, you'll probably think that I intentionally sent it to run up blam points, though I would never do that intentionally.

This is my announcement of things to come. I might be a late bloomer, but damnit, I am coming back with teeth.

However, to prove that it is possible to create Flash on an open source platform, I will share the process that is necessary to do it. Just like C++, Python, PHP, or Java, Flash is an important piece of software to know professionally. I want to explain how to create Flash so that others make follow or find better methods.

Hello, Newgrounds. It is I, EyesOnlyUS.

For years, I have bragged that some day I will create a flash movie. I still have plans. Just not the motivation. However, I have been busy working on my other websites including the ones on MySpace and DeviantART.

I am currently working on a computer program to manipulate data on cellphones. But why don't you text message your photos? Because I have alot of photos and I don't feel like giving any more money to the phone company.

Hopefully, M-Bot gets a clue and stops writing me up for negative reviews from 2003 and 2004. Somehow, someone set it to be "kinder-and-gentler". If your movie got blammed or if there was a review you didn't like, don't be a dick report the person. Write back and tell them "Your opinions don't mean shit." That's how things work here at NG.
